At Page Care Services, we can provide you with assistance in finding a new home (residential aged care facility/ nursing home) in the preferred geographic location, accommodating your desired requirements.

We will always endeavour to locate residential aged care placements at least 2 homes, where possible, in order for you to have a choice.

This service will include negotiations to gain the best result in care and fees.

Assistance with the home applications/documents and Centrelink – Permanent Residential Aged Care Request for a Combined Assets and Income assessment form is also included with this service.

Should your loved one find that the home is not as suitable as originally thought, we can arrange to have the resident moved to another home that is more suited to their needs. We will arrange for the Refundable Accommodation Deposit to be transferred to the new home.
