At Page Care Services, we provide the right information to enable you to make informed decisions. We deliver a four-pronged approach to ensure we fully understand your requirements and, of course, you have the opportunity to evaluate our offerings and our people. Find out what to expect from our services below.
First Appointment – Obligation Free to You
We provide you with the opportunity to meet with us in one of 5 professional offices throughout South East Queensland so that we fully understand your requirements and those of your loved ones. This appointment will generally take approximately 1 hour.
We also offer appointments, by arrangement, in your home , hospital or work when it is difficult for you to come to the designated offices. This may incur a cost to you (to cover our travel costs) depending on where you would like to hold the appointment.
We offer phone and email services to those folk requiring these services outside our preferred centre of influence. Should we be able to assist you with your requirements, we would make it quite clear what our Fee for Service would be should you wish to proceed.
There is no need for you to make a decision immediately, in fact, we would prefer you to take a few days and discuss with other family members.
Terms of Engagement
Once you have decided to proceed with our services, we will provide you with a written Terms of Engagement within 24 hours of your verbal consent.
This document will confirm the following:
- What your requirements are
- What Page Care Services can deliver to you
- How long it will take for us to deliver on your requirements
- What other documents/ information might be required
- The total cost for these services
Should you require a full written plan on Aged Care Funding Options, we will provide a Strategy Paper within 5 working days of us receiving the signed Terms of Engagement and all documentation required on which we base our funding options.
We are diligent in our approach to understand fully your financial position in order for us to suggest the best aged care funding options.
Presentation of Advice
Our findings/recommendations/strategy paper will be delivered to you, in writing, within the agreed timeframes by email, initially, with an offer to hold a further face to face or phone meeting with you and other family members to discuss the findings.
Sometimes there may be a need to hold more than one face to face or phone meeting to ensure all parties are comfortable with the outcome. There is no additional cost for these meetings so long as there have been no major changes to the information already provided OR the needs of the client have not changed.
Ongoing Support
Assisting you with the completion of Facility and Centrelink forms.
Page Care Services offers all our clients a further 3 month ongoing support offering, at no additional cost to you , so long as the query relates to the work already completed i.e. as clearly specified in our Terms of Engagement.
Should there be a further Fee, we will advise and clarify before any work has commenced.
Our Fee Structure
The initial appointment is obligation free to you.
