I highly recommend Paul Geisel to anyone setting out on the journey of taking care of your parents or loved ones and finding suitable Aged Care accommodation. The truth is you will never be able to anticipate all of the ups, downs and process requirements that lead you to a final accommodation decision. All of this will occur at a time of high emotion and perhaps urgency, which just adds to the stress and pressure you may find yourself under. This was our experience, and on contacting Paul he simply stepped up and calmly and methodically held our hand every step of the way. Paul always did exactly what he said he would do, on time and with great empathy and genuine care. Today’s aged care system is complex and our parent’s find it hard enough to make the huge decision to leave their home without false starts or complications. Paul is someone you can trust and a great bloke as well.
